All our treats are 100% natural ingredients, low in calories and wheat free.

We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment and ensuring where feasible, we use limited amounts or recyclable packaging.

How do I recycle my box:

All our cardboard is fully recyclable and comes from FSC™ (Forest Stewardship Council™) certified sustainable sources, in a socially, environmentally and economically sound way.

You can flatten and recycle it in your household recycling.

The tissue paper is fully recyclable.

Can I recycle the plastic treat bags?

Unfortunately our treat bags are not yet recyclable in the UK as they have complex layers of different plastics. A standard recycling process hasn’t been developed for them yet – but we’re working closely with our suppliers to find alternatives.

To order a one off box, just select the single box button on the order page.

Oh dear, this happens. Please let us know and we will add an extra bag of treats in your next box.

Delivery and courier info

The day your delivery is dispatched, you'll receive a email letting you know your box is on its way.

This email will include a link to track your box with the courier handling your delivery.

We are very sorry, if something has arrived damaged, please call our customer care team, who will do everything they can to sort it out.

Lots of people aren’t home when we deliver. After all, we're busy.

Just let us know a safe place (behind the gate, with a neighbour, etc) for your delivery driver to leave it, then collect it when you get home.

It’s really easy to do this, here's how.

On the website:

Simply log into your account, select the ‘Details’ tab and then ‘Edit’ next to your delivery address.

You will see a section saying ‘If you’re not in where should we leave your box?’ – pick an option from the drop-down list, or select ‘Other’ to enter your own safe place.

Managing my Nibble & Nosh account

You can manage all your personal information, including name, phone number, email, delivery address and payment information by logging into your account.

If you have previously cancelled your Nibble & Nosh account but would like to give us another chance, we're delighted to welcome you back! Just get in touch with our Customer Care team and someone will help you out straight away.

You can login to My Nibble & Nosh account to check and edit your upcoming orders, subscription settings and account details. 

To login to My Nibble & Nosh and to view your account details, on the Login page, type in the email address you provided at signup and enter your password.

Can’t remember which password you used you created at signup? Click 'Forgot your password?' to reset it.

Gift Subscription:

You can always gift a Nibble & Nosh subscription. Just create an account using your email address and payment details, but use the recipient’s name and delivery address.

You'll be able to control when boxes will be delivered, so you can pause deliveries at any time.

When you would like the stop these gift boxes, please let the recipient know so that they can update the account with their card details, this means that you won’t be charged again.

One off Gift Boxes:

If you would like a one of box as a gift. Just select the single box from the order form.

When you sign up to Nibble & Nosh, we will take the payment for your first box straight away. 

After this, you’ll be billed for each order when we start processing it. This is 2 working days before your box is dispatched.

You can also edit, skip or cancel your order any time before this point.

My Nibble & Nosh Subscription

When you place your order, it will be dispatched within 2 working days. You will get a tracking number to follow your parcel. Delivery is 2 to 3 working days

All following orders, we will email you 2 days before we send your order. And you will get a tracking number to follow your parcel, and the shipping will take 2 to 3 days.

If for any reason you need to return your parcel. Please contact our customer care team for details.

A Nibble & Nosh subscription is super flexible with no commitment. It can be paused online at any time. A box can be skipped easily whenever you need to (before the cut-off day). You can change the size of your box whenever you like, as well as your delivery address and the day your box arrives (before the cut-off day). 

We’ve made our subscription as flexible as possible to suit your ever-changing needs. Here are a few reasons why our subscription might work well for you:

- Never run out of treats again
- Delivered to suit you 
- Know you are giving highest quality treats to your pooch Guilt free treating 
- Extra surprises and pooh bags
- Never run out of pooh bags again

You can pause your subscription by logging into your account, navigating to the ‘Subscription’ tab, and then selecting ‘Pause Your Subscription’ at the bottom of the page.

If you have a Nibble & Nosh subscription, you can skip an upcoming order whenever you need to – this can be really useful, especially if you’re going on holiday! You can skip an order until noon, 3 days before your delivery day. 

There are two ways to stop a box being delivered to you: either by pausing your subscription, or skipping a box. 

Pausing your subscription:

When you pause your subscription, you cancel all your future orders until you decide to restart them again. 
Please remember: You’ll need to pause by noon, 3 days before your next delivery for this change to be effective immediately. If you pause after this cut-off date you’ll still receive your next box (but you won’t receive any more after that, until you reactivate your subscription).

Skipping a box:

When you skip a box, you only cancel that single box. Your regular subscription deliveries resume as usual after the skipped week has passed.

At Nibble & Nosh giving something back is a fundamental part of what we do. 

We have selected 4 small independent dog charities, where we know your donations will go directly to helping the dogs.

Our choice of charities can change and be added to over time, drop us an email if you have charity close to your heart and we will review our selection every 6 months.

Please select your chosen charity from the selection and every month we will pay directly to your chosen charity.

This only happens when you first order from us. When you sign up to Nibble & Nosh, we will take the payment for your first box straight away.

After this, you’ll be billed for each order when we start processing it. This is 2 working days before your box is dispatched.

You can also edit, skip or cancel your order any time before this point. 

If for any reason you need to cancel your first order before it’s confirmed (2 working days before dispatch) we’ll automatically credit your account with the balance so you can re-order at a later date. 

If you prefer a refund rather than credit, we can sort that for you! Please get in touch with our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to sort this out for you. You should receive your refund in 3-5 business days.
